About

Mortellaro & Sinadinos, PLLC, is a family-owned Florida law firm run by a brother-and-sister team. Let our family help your family with estate planning, probate and elder law legal needs. We have assisted clients in Tampa, Hillsborough County and throughout the adjoining counties.

Since founding the firm, our VA Accredited elder law attorneys have focused on educating clients. We will review your current situation or that of an aging family member. From there, we can explain options and dispel common misinformation regarding long-term care and Medicaid or VA benefits.

Our attorneys still make house calls. We will come to you — whether that is your home, a hospital or rehabilitation center. We recognize that typical business hours do not fit all schedules and offer evening and weekend appointments. You can meet with us at no charge to find out whether we can help.

Mortellaro & Sinadinos, PLLC, is dedicated to providing superior service. If you have a question, you will be able to reach your lawyer or one of our staff Medicaid and/or VA managers.

Attorneys Michelangelo Mortellaro and Gina Sinadinos are active in the regional community.
